郴州被誉为湖南的“南大门”，“郴”字独属郴州，由林、邑二字合成，意谓“林中之城”。这里自然风景瑰丽奇秀，人文历史悠久，是湖南首批历史文化名城，也是中华民族农耕文化的发祥地之一，自秦时已拥有建制，称为郴县。

Chenzhou is known as the "South Gate" of Hunan. The word "Chen" belongs to Chenzhou alone. It is composed of Lin and Yi, which means "City in the Forest". With magnificent natural scenery and a long human history, it is one of the first historical and cultural cities in Hunan and one of the birthplaces of the Chinese nation's farming culture. It has had an organizational system since the Qin Dynasty and is called Chen County.

万腾·观山悦售楼中心位于郴州市区核心地段，自幼生长于此的设计师，将对郴州在地文化元素的理解，与自身的设计理念相融合，设计出饱含文脉记忆、平衡而有序的东方意境空间。

Wanteng Guanshanyue Sales Center is located in the core area of Chenzhou City. The designers who grew up here will understand the local cultural elements of Chenzhou and integrate them with their own design concepts to create a design full of cultural memory. Balanced and orderly oriental artistic conception space.

软装设计，既是对家具、色彩、花木、线条、饰品元素的排兵布阵，也是人文、自然、气韵的平衡，更是人类情感记忆的记录工具。设计师遵循“巧于因借，精在体宜”的设计精神，以项目定位和周边场景为灵感来源，模糊室内与室外的空间界限，寻找建筑、软装、天、地、山、水、林元素的平衡与秩序。

Soft decoration design is not only an array of elements of furniture, colors, flowers and trees, lines, and ornaments, but also a balance of humanity, nature, and spirit, and it is a recording tool for human emotional memory. The designer follows the design spirit of “Cleverness lies in reference, exquisiteness lies in appropriate shape”, taking project positioning and surrounding scenes as inspiration sources, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, looking for architecture, soft decoration, sky, earth, mountains, water, The balance and order of forest elements.

洽谈区灵动妙趣，色彩雅致，中式形制的家具弧线与色彩搭配，营造出静谧安然的氛围。饰物和草木，为空间增添了不少自然气息。绿意萦绕于方寸之间，气韵悠然于空间之内，让奔忙的人群可以享受远离喧嚣的宁静谦和。

The negotiation area is lively and interesting, with elegant colors, and the matching of Chinese-style furniture arcs and colors create a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. 茶室空间远离其他区域，每一处细节都经由设计师细心雕琢，树木、山石、苍松、旧时的建筑元素，方与圆的灵活运用，东方色彩的组合与搭配，关于古老东方的无限遐想，被设计师永恒地印刻在空间之中。

The tea room space is far away from other areas. Every detail is carefully carved by the designer. Trees, mountains, rocks, pine, old architectural elements, flexible use of square and circle, combination and collocation of oriental colors, infinite reveries about the ancient East, It is imprinted in the space forever by the designer.

水吧区延续整体的风格，大面积的大理石吧台，搭配沉稳的木色，简炼的设计中，充盈着空灵雅致，令人舒适怡然。珍珠灯饰高悬于空，仿若宇宙繁星浩渺，更像是璀璨的艺术品。

The water bar area continues the overall style, with a large area of marble bar, matched with a calm wood color, and the concise design is full of ethereal elegance and comfort. The pearl lighting hung high in the air, like the vast universe of stars, more like a dazzling artwork.

古典韵味  新式表达

纯粹的表达往往是直指内心的，设计师提取仙鹤元素，从形式和功能上进行全新的诠释。山水之境中，成群的仙鹤于空中盘旋，若隐若现，恍若穿梭千年时光，留痕于此。

Pure expression often refers directly to the heart. The designer extracts the elements of cranes and carries out a new interpretation from the form and function. In the realm of mountains and rivers, flocks of cranes hover in the air, looming, as if traveling through thousands of years of time, leaving marks here.

透过玻璃窗几，阳光斜斜地落在墙面、沙发，人们穿游于空间之中，来来往往，构筑出一幅和谐的画卷。画卷里，星辰宁静不语，明与暗随日升日落有序变化，仙鹤翔绕于空。设计师日复一日的精心雕琢，构筑出一方平衡有序、灵韵天成的佳地。

Through the glass windows, the sunlight falls diagonally on the walls and sofas, and people walk through the space, coming and going, creating a harmonious picture. In the picture, the stars are quiet and silent, the light and darkness change in an orderly manner as the sun rises and sunsets, and the cranes fly in the sky. The designer meticulously sculpts day after day to create a beautiful place that is balanced and orderly with aura.

“少即是多”，设计是复杂的，同样也是简单的。少不是克制欲望，而是脱离无意义的装饰，回归需求本身。深度洽谈区，设计师运用精炼的设计手法，在写实与写意之间穿梭，营造出典雅灵秀的东方气韵。

"Less is more", the design is complex, but also simple. Shao is not about restraining desire, but breaking away from meaningless decorations and returning to demand itself. In the in-depth negotiation area, designers use refined design techniques to shuttle between realism and freehand brushwork, creating an elegant and elegant oriental charm.
